Not as a trainer or guru but as a Back of the room Vendor ( Lender to the students looking to fix and flip or BRRR) the high profile guru's just take a page out of Amway and MLM .. huge budgets professional actors as there front folks .. presentations that are geared to what everyone wants financial freedom and more time with the kiddos thats the hot buttons..

Gurus are just following their fulfillment companies play book its all based in MLM from decades past same presentations same tugging at heartstrings  exact same terminologies etc.

Corporate ganging up, fun stuff ^^ I also believe in franchises (even MLM is not on my ethical blacklist), but if you have the spunk to do it yourself, then all the better.

It’s always a numbers game in any advertising.As a printer & distributor of bandit signs I’ve not seen a mega drop in people not doing it but I do know that in some markets there are more restrictions and ordinances , so visibility is not long.I think this will work for some and others either won’t do enough to get the number of views to conversions ( calls) .If there are 15 other people in your area doing it , it may not work unless you are more aggressive and have to be more clever with the call to action. 

That's my hope.I found BP by doing a Google search on Renatus, because it sounded like one of those MLM/too-good-to-be-true things and I found a post on these forums.

there are long threads on REnatus  its a MLM style real estate scheme.. you make money signing up other people under you to drink their same cool aid.its been said on BP their quality of education is very good however I have never personally seen it and ground zero seems to be Chicago.It was spawned out of another guru group or person who had one guru company that went under then started this one..
