I have looked at software like Hospitable and it looks great except it does not integrate with Furnished Finder. 

They have very different types of solutions, but both say all of their work plus the integrity of the foundation is covered under warranty for the life of the home.

I am not talking about honesty, integrity, ethics etc.

That was 3 weeks ago and after feeling bad about it,  I smile now because it was her loss .The premise of the story is that even if you run your business, land lording or maid service, with the highest degree of integrity there is always going to be  people that find fault with it.

I consider them an integral part of my team. 

I think this level of integrity makes a huge difference.

So its more than just Appreciation is the icing on the Cake its an integral part of creating wealth in Real Estate..

I started with Hospitable with a single property and I had nothing but excellent experiences (including the Schlage Encode lock integration). 

It was the lock suggested by our PM and is integrated with the app they use.
