You're probably asking the wrong question.What about tenant quality, ease of management, appreciation potential, overall investment return, industry/job diversity, job growth forecasts, etc.? 

Next time, don't ease up your requirements.

I honestly thought that it would have been days before really reaching out to someone but this has been amazing to just be able to network with ease.
