Are you looking to build a starter home or a larger custom home that would sell for a million or more?

You can create a customized application (free to applicant), do a full screening including income verification (paid for by applicant), and create an online lease with e-signatures.  

You didn't really give an ideal of scope/scale as far as if you are talking about one lot for a custom home, or if you are talking about a piece of land for a potential tract of multiple homes.

Very minimal issues and great customer service.

Hi @Mark SorecoIn recent year it has been an overflowing of digital property management companies, many of which are not making any many and constantly investing in customer acquisition, that is the main reason that you see so low coat on their offering.If you go to stablish digital property management like belong home you will see that prices are similar than a local property management and they make you save many offering you additional services at no cost.You have to evaluate what would it be the additional work that you will have to do to get at the same level than the local PM.You have to analyze this as a business owner like any other services that you will buy from a service provider.

I would assume your campground play would be very similar with an ongoing operational focus required in maintenance, customer satisfaction and promotion.

The bad ones think like customer service reps.Trust comes from systems, not personality.
