Hi all, quick question for California STR hosts on Airbnb.

We are hosting an event on Wednesday the 11th. 

Folsom used to at Out Of Bounds Brewing, but I think that the organizers don't host that one any longer.

Even at today’s interest rates these would have positive cash flow but in large part due to my co-host rate.My view is co-hosts are not getting real wealthy co-hosting.  

We also host a local investor meetup so we always have that in our pocket to invite investors to and source off market options.
