I know many that do this  they make good money doing it hundreds of thousands a year.. as a peice of the pie for the main guru.. and maybe some are retired and looking for something to do.. who knows.. every single training company that has feeder events then main event is pretty much run the exact same way.. its MLM for real estate get the masses in sell sell sell. 

I have no clue why you say this other than a dislike for the President.As an investor, contractor, builder, remodeler here in the Tampa Bay region I can tell you that the "working class" like roofers, painters, carpenters, floor guys, metal framers, stucco, manufacturers, distributors, drivers, realtors, etc. are all doing very, very, very well thanks to the economic policies of this administration.If your definition of "working class" is simply retail or food service, those jobs are meant as stepping stones.

If I could've predict the future a year ago, I would've started a trampoline company, a pool company, became a bicycle distributor and bought 10,000 bikes renting a warehouse, put all my 401K money into Netflix, started a toilet paper company, oh... and I would've purchased a couple hundred single family properties. 

It is all very MLM (multi-level marketing) to me.  

I would not to brand names, not necessary especially if you use refillable dispensers in showers and at sinks.We have more properties so we order by the pallet from hotel distributors.  

The in-market Distributor may be a lumber yard that's open to the public.

What is the turn around time for replacement by the propane distributor.
