Real estate contracts, by definition, are an arm of the law.Only licensed attorneys were allowed to handle real estate transactions in most locations up until around the 1950's I believe (at least that was the case here in CO with Conway-Bogue 1957).

Every organization that trains actual service dogs flunks out far more dogs than it passes, because they won't send a difficult dog into a situation where its handler may not be able to control it.And while vests alone do not confer legitimacy on a service dog, vests are a visible marker of a TRAINED service animal, so most people who rely on dogs for assistance will use a vest with the logo of a reputable training agency if their dog came from that agency.
