Service Dogs

Has anyone dealt with a certified service dog situation in a non-pet property? I have a potential tenant coming to look at an apartment that typically does not allow pets. I know there are a lot of laws protecting service dogs and I can't discriminate? Am I allowed to charge a pet fee for a service animal??

The property is located in Ohio.

Service dogs are NOT pets. No you cannot charge one dime additional. No pet fee. No pet "deposit". No additional rent. Nothing!
