I hate master water meters as tenants are not encouraged to conserve or report leaks. 

I wouldn't think of anything in real estate as an interview but instead, think of all interactions in REI as relationship-building moments.

@Jia Lin Jia, thank you so much for this info, tenant interactions are the one think I am a little nervous for, only because people can be pretty unpredictable.

Since literally 2/3 of your post is correcting me on a vernacular issue that I only mentioned as an allusion to something that I was stating as incorrect in my circle, I guess I'm sort of left to suppose that you just want to talk about how you know things.Now, you can simply doubt the veracity of my "faux pas" admission if you want, but as it's a forum and all we have are our words, that effectively puts an end to any meaningful interaction. 

I have used DealMachine for this recently with varying degrees of encouragement. 

I don't say this to discourage you at all, more so to encourage and give you a realistic outlook.

I strongly encourage you to spend a few minutes updating it to at least indicate what kind of investor you are (or hope to be), where you are operating from (ideally, a city and state), and what you want to learn here about real estate.
