I have been using the property appraisers sight and LandGlide to find the owner and then white-pages to get contact information. It could be me but seems like white-pages isn’t producing up to date information any more. What is everyone else using??
Hi @Justin Hutchins! I have used DealMachine for this recently with varying degrees of encouragement. My go-to way is to use something like RPR or Realist, both of which are owned by CoreLogic and offered to agents. I wonder if CoreLogic has a non-realtor specific version of either of these apps that would be available . . . when it comes to housing data I'd say they are the holders of the keys.
@Justin Hutchins Excellent! RPR is Realtor Property Resource and you'll probably see a link to it from your MLS agent portal if CoreLogic administrates your local MLS.
@Justin Hutchins TLO is a skiptracing platform. Its actually very difficult to get access to. You can try using Locate Plus, Ive had good experiences with them.
