All rooms and garage are completely empty except for food in fridge and cleaning supplies in kitchen, and in living room some bags of stuff, boxes of stuff and a suitcase.

I will not bring them bags of ice or whatever else because power is out.  

I used to insure my rental houses with State Farm but once I went over a certain number of rentals, they refused to insure me for any more houses and I was forced to go to many other random brokers and agencies for policies... now it's out of control I cannot even keep up who is insuring what property and hard to shop around too many bigger well known insurance agencies do not want to insure me anymore.
