On the flip side, Greenwich/Westport and some other of the wealthiest towns in the country probably can go for $400-500 a sq.Just based off of data online.

I've had less that a handful of applicants that rebelled.BTW: A Fico score is not a meaningful piece of data, as the applicant can have:public recordsevictionslatescollectionsand you want the DETAILS, not some magic number like 3.1416 (aka Pi)

Alex, the way I listen to the podcast is to download it to my smartphone, then I transfer the podcast to my C Drive on my laptop, that way I can listen to the entire podcast many times with out buffering especially if you are limited to data usage like I am.

Honestly, post a craigslist ad, spread word of mouth with everyone you know and call people directly from tax data as you see fit.
