At all of my properties we have pest control inspection every year and do 2 applications for insects, one in April and one in October, regardless if we see them or not.

I would fill out a mortgage 1003 application which is the federal mortgage application, and go to a Mortgage Broker and see where you're at as far as debt to income ratio et al
