I know in texas when a person gets behind on their taxes there is some lenders that will give a person a loan to pay their taxes now more than likely they will not have enough money to make payment to the lender and the lender will eventually get the property.

I was thinking about this as a homeowner who would eventually sell - even without school age children, I generally lean towards areas with great schools for demand and potentially having a higher appreciation as a result of that demand.
