My First Home Is Under Contract

Hello BP members. Just want to thank you all for posting such great information. With my research and help from you all I was able to get ny very first home under contract within 3 weeks of me learning and still learning the ropes.  I know a buyer will come, Im just extremely happy and proud of myself

Ok, so we disagree somewhat on what constitutes a scammer in REI, fair enough. You've in your opinion rescued a few people from scammers, got it. The bottom line is that the OP has her first assignment under contract and is excited about it. Hopefully all goes well and she can do bigger and better things in REI. You and I will still disagree, and the world will continue to spin..no harm, no foul. So please, let's give the young lady her thread back, so she can share ideas, and update us on her progress.
