@Kyle DebiaseI totally disagree with many of the posts responding here.I believe you must develop a track record of success before you seek to raise private capital from passive investors.

This way when the task are completed the contractor can get paid accordingly!

Figure out a standard professional fee for the different tasks that need done and charge those fees.
