I'm looking for a course that can better educate me on the process of buying and selling real estate as well as familiarize me laws and terms commonly used when investing in real estate. I considered getting my real estate license but I've heard that mainly focuses of laws of real estate rather than its buying and selling processes. I have never bought or sold a home and I'd like to begin creating a background of knowledge in the early stages of learning!
