Listened to all the BiggerPockets podcast episodes
Back in mid January I started listening to the BiggerPockets podcast with episode 1, today I finished listening to episode 483. Through it I developed a plan to find pre foreclosures with high equity to acquire with a partnership via subject to. God willing it will work out.
