I have been analyzing Delray Beach, FL for the last couple of weeks, and I feel I know enough to make educated guesses on deals on that market, all I need is an input of deals.

My suggestion would be to speak directly with a lender that you feel comfortable with and find out what criteria needs to be met to be approved for the loan and take time to get all of your ducks in a row..  

Feel I️ can make some big moves and purchase a lot more and fix faster and keep moving.
