New to AZ real estate

I have just relocated to the Phoenix area and I am looking to invest in long-term rental properties in Scottsdale. If anyone has good rental property ideas in Scottsdale let me know. I'm performing a 1031 Exchange from California so real estate investment with relatively low time requirements is a must. Cheers!
