For example, we're right in the middle of getting one of the properties rent ready with plumbing updates, securing the basement, etc, etc and I haven't been able to get in contact with them for 5 days now.

Those that are not qualified we are seeing $100M+ in defaulted loans from investors who thought they were knowing what they are doing.So there are new investors out there, but I would just say be careful and assume a decent default rate on these loans.
