What led me here? Honestly, seeing firsthand how many investors hit roadblocks when it comes to financing deals—especially creative or non-traditional ones. That motivated me to dive deeper, understand the process, and become a direct resource.

My goal is simple: to help make deals work for the everyday investor, especially those who might feel overlooked or unsure where to turn.
