Hi BP community!

I’ve been in the real estate space for several years—as an agent, a business owner, and now stepping into the role of a lender specifically working with real estate investors. It’s been a ride full of lessons, pivots, and growth.

What led me here? Honestly, seeing firsthand how many investors hit roadblocks when it comes to financing deals—especially creative or non-traditional ones. That motivated me to dive deeper, understand the process, and become a direct resource.

My goal is simple: to help make deals work for the everyday investor, especially those who might feel overlooked or unsure where to turn.

If you’ve ever hit a wall trying to fund a deal or just want to connect with someone who’s been on both sides of the table—agent and investor—I’d love to share insights, swap stories, or brainstorm solutions.

Let’s build together!

Looking forward to connecting,

Sounds like you both have a solid game plan and clear targets—love to see it! Definitely make sure you're locked in on your ARV numbers, especially when running BRRR projections. We do quite a bit of work in Indiana and would be happy to run some quick numbers if that's ever helpful.
