Expanding My Lending Business

Hi BP,

I’ve been active as a real estate consultant and fix and flip investor for about 10 years now, but I’m now expanding my hard money fix and flip lending business. I’m hoping to attract experienced investors and/or new investors who might otherwise not qualify for traditional financing.
