Obviously the expedited payments will be nice and I'm sure my tenants will appreciate not having to pay the $2 fee for ACH payments. 

The numerous pop-up windows load slowly, and ACH fees for outgoing payments are $1 each, which adds up quickly.It's particularly frustrating that I have to manually create and apply a bill for maintenance fees to each property every month.

I use RentRedi to collect rent, and ACH payments come with a $1 transaction fee.

I would much rather collect through ACH; I do not like dealing with cash.

Were the transfers from the tenant credit card or ACH transactions.
