I advocate and do an open carry with a hip or back holster. i either carry a beretta 32 or glock 26/40 hollow points. i always have a jacket or shirt covering it. and then there are areas that if i see a perceived threat, thats not an area for me to work in

Instead of throwing around hollow-context numbers such as "at ___ time 30 has accrued 10X equity accrual..." and it's a difference of $1k vs $100 which in either case on a $500k property with $50k in cost to sell, BOTH are a net loss without appreciation.
