I also am investing for asset value growth to leave assets to fund my sons education and dreams (he is 9, I am am 58 and have recently had some strokes and heart problems, even though I am fit and athletic with a good diet).Being new to real estate investing, and rather risk averse, I made the poor choice of purchasing the property for cash.
