Next assessment year is 2027 (assessments in St Louis County are every other odd year) and it is very possible they will go up based on the sale, yes.  

Tenants were only there for 1 month before other neighboring tenants started to notice an odd smell.

One thing I really look at that might be odd are all of the collection notes.

They haven't answered me yes or no yet...but I'm just getting a bit nervous because when I googled some of the tenants names, several of them had criminal records for drug trafficking etc (which could be a name coincidence but what are the odds it happened on 3 of the 5 tenants?) 

I get if it was a shared house or short term rental, but for a long term rental, I would find it odd that my landlord feels the need to see who comes and goes.Thanks for your response but what's the difference between it being shared or long term.

Were there issues with odd city rules about the type of housing you are providing, in terms of too many non related in the same unit? 

Oddly enough, PA was only my most recent state. 100 house flips is no small feat.

So random and odd that I felt curious to ask other folks here to figure out what’s going on…
