The paradox is that the folks that do are the experienced, successful investors, that have money and don't need to wholesale.Wholesaling also has the stigma of being grimy.

There are some similarities, but the use of space, what will "stop the scroll", and really the overall design needs to be approached from your guests desires, not the designer or your own.
