I've got pages of contacts that provide between 70-80% LTV in first lien position, but I've been unable to find the lenders out there who are providing 2nd lien position funding.

You honestly don't need a website to get someone to say yes.

-The average monthly rental income, even from higher MTR amounts, is producing at best a minimal positive cash flow and a very poor CoC. 

Been thinking about the constant challenge agents face balancing active clients with the steady stream of website inquiries that come in at all hours.

The 2nd lien is nowhere to be found on the county websites, no idea why.
