Ashcroft Capital Poll

I recently saw my distributions in two Ashcroft Capital assets dry up. I haven't gotten any monthly reports lately. Starting to get a bit worried. I reached out to the IR person and today is a Monday so I will see if she gets back to me.

If you are an LP in one of their funds or assets, what is your current experience? ANYTHING positive to report? Are you getting proper communication from someone in investor relations? Or is it pretty much all doom and gloom.

Are you concerned about the lawsuit talk, or do you believe, like some do, that the website/s dedicated to publicizing that are fake and it's mere slander?

So far these 2020 and 2021 investments are turning out to be emotionally and financially challenging for me. For a while there, my "class A" share status insulated me, but even those distributions are paused.

I read a thread that got pretty deep into whose fault this is: Joe/Frank, or each LP who went along for the ride. I guess that is an academic matter in a sense. I say that because if there is no fraud or gross mismanagement, then when it comes to assigning blame to the GPs I'm afraid LPs might be facing a hugely expensive case of caveat emptor......

@Don McAlpine I don't know if I'd go so far as to say someone who was convicted of federal crimes 3 times.... especially spread out over the span of 25+ years trustworthy.
