Not sure what the typical lead times are for booking but I saw what I would categorize as top 10% tiered listings or similar to what i would do with similar like homes that I’m looking to buy and noticed most of them being wide open.

I seriously doubt the OTAs are sharing this without a court order.AIRDNA claims that they can discern between blocked dates and bookings.

I once updated my headline and first photo to highlight the view instead of the bed, bookings went up almost right away.
