Hello everyone, I'm in the military and will be moving from Colorado Springs to Michigan around May.

I am looking to get started and currently reside in Colorado Springs.

As part of a recent city inspection on a duplex we bought, we found out the city fire code is for the smoke and CO alarms to be interconnected (including hardwired in the basement). 

Her mom is willing to co-sign for her since she does not have any credit history. 

Signed up in August, talked with an agent and still waiting for a pre-approval letter.

I’ve got 3 co-living properties in Fort Worth and the city is trying to shut down all co-living investment properties.

Charles County markets has implemented co-living as part of their rental strategy?

They both tried to get co-signers that did not qualify as co-signers.
