I've had single mothers with older daughters move in one of their daughter's boyfriends because their daughter got impregnated.They all conceal their pregnancies and when the deed is done, display their brats and look at you and ask if you could be so heartless as to evict a little baby and a father, if you're a monster of a landlord breaking up a new family.

We have seen some crazy proposals thrown around from lawmakers over the last few weeks, we have judges in Milwaukee how are in favor of concealing eviction records, since December we have a new and totally half baked fire-ordiance that is so ambigously written so the authorities are not clear on what to do, it seems to ask landlords to get a signature from tenants every 6 months disclosing that there are no sprinklers in the building.If you are in Wisconsin, please join RPAWI.org and support our efforts to not let nuisance bills get passed!

In December 2021, the Heights on Katy deal was advertised at $70.4M, yet public records confirm $66M — another $4.4M concealed spread.After pointing this out publicly, responses from Brandon Turner BiggerPocket apologists online asked for my sourcing for the $66M figure which was curious because the cut and paste from the source was directly placed into the original LinkedIn article.
