I'm able to pull information on a property's initial sale date but as we all know those rarely end up being the actual sale date due to postponement/adjournment/etc.

I know that I need contracts for both the on-site manager and the renter for the upper floors.

To date, still no closing on the land and no breaking ground, nothing has been done and when asked for dates such as do you have a date for the closing, or do you have a date to break ground, do you have a lender in place, the company says "we don't have that information" 

Having a direct web site with dedicated email, etc. is helpful (but not necessary).

they are advertising properties and setting there auctions on the same date as the county auction. everything about there site is vaggue.
