I think A.I.probably has this correct.However if you do have a STR you have to disclose in bold large letters about the construction and the noise.

The same applies to the party who assumes the obligation of the lease.Is the lower level unit bi-level or can the movement of the dog be restricted to areas of the unit where the dog will be less sensitive to noise?
