I've been interested in learning how to get into real-estate for a couple years but, don't have an inkling of knowledge or how to go about finding it (outside of being told to stay out bigger pockets).

However I just learned the tenant moved in their 21 year old son without my knowledge and the son has been living there the past two or three months.

I am looking to connect with the other investors and share knowledge and maybe new investment.I am new to this filed, I bought my first property last year 2025 in June, in Kissimmee,FL,Iam having management team  that they rent as a STR. i am planning to go fully into this field as my  background is in hospitality industry.

Not sure of their requirements, but DSCR loan products vary greatly from lender to lender so I'm sure that can be accomplished, but the rates will likely be higher than normal.I am also a STR expert in Orlando and would be happy to take on a referral for 30% if you don't have anyone yet.

The point of ai is to literally build that staffed "person", that expert. 

I am no expert, but I do own a SFH in Richmond. 

I would do the same, or know someone that has that great foundational knowledge about the area to back the numbers/buy.

So I figured out I'll ask the STR experts, given that it's a situation that's not unique to the area.
