DSCR lending for a 600 credit score
Question. I've got a client who is looking to buy an STR in the greater Orlando area. She has a credit score of 600. Do any lenders service Florida and can work with that credit score? Would/could you do a DSCR for her? Or conventional? I'd like to help her with funding.

Hi @Brooke Morton I've got some local to Orlando lenders that I can provide. Not sure of their requirements, but DSCR loan products vary greatly from lender to lender so I'm sure that can be accomplished, but the rates will likely be higher than normal.
