What you are seeing now is appraisal's coming in lower in some markets, properties sitting a bit longer than what we are normally used to.

This topic is likely out of scope for small syndications(The ones that normally post and advertise on biggerpockets).Foreign investors normally will pay more in fees and taxes in this setup.
