I've been researching and studying Blythewood's RE market and potential future growth with Scout EV plant project. 

The ones who plant the most seeds collect the most fruit.

I am a Chemical Engineer by a fancy piece of paper and have worked in many different chemical manufacturing plants, everything from operating to managing.

The rocks/boulders range from small ones of about a foot wide, which I can take care of, to the largest one which is sticking up about 7 feet above the ground and is pretty firmly planted in the ground. 

All I see are car plant closings, Whiskey closing, soybean market down, meat packing plant closures, drugstores closing, burger joints closing, Target,  etc. 

I am in Plant City and am a broker. 

Intel is building a huge chip site near New Albany, and Honda + LG are putting big money into an EV battery plant in Ohio.

Producer Owned Beef is constructing a large packing plant that will employee 1500. 

Environmental: the jurisdiction may have you study and mitigate any impact the project has on the site as far as trees/plants, species, etc.
