I intend on picking up another job in the meantime (after taking some time off to recharge), so that I have steady income while we navigate this new venture.  

@Raul Pedrozo I have had tenants not respond to texts or calls only to find out their cell phone number changed or they didn't recharge it.

We have done rechargeable doorbells but have found it difficult to get cleaning people or handymen to recharge them reliably so they spend a lot of time offline. 

Plus I don't want to be in the electrical selling business, that includes no hookups to recharge electric cars.All I want to do is provide housing and collect the rent.

Here's an update: I ended up re-charging her a few days later with late fees and it went through.  

We've had a couple HVAC techs recharge the refrigerant and one recommended replacing the entire system.

I considered adding a universal gym but will go with billiards and foosball instead.There are more spas in this STR market than EV chargers ((only 5 or 6 units have a EV charger), yet it is about 200 miles from the nearest large metro (too far for most EV to go without a recharge).

Take a step back, recharge, and keep pushing forward.

The project involves taking apart approximately 300 feet of line and redoing the connections and recharging the systems. 2K to have it charged is absurd.
