Hello Bigger Pockets Community,

My name is Bryan Damas and I am based out of Boston, MA. My goal is to become a real estate investor in hopes to create a portfolio in the New England area.

My immediate interest is investing in AirBnB rental property. Specifically in areas near Ski Resorts or known mountains where people go to hike. Currently in the planning phase but exploring opportunities in New Hampshire.

Any expertise in securing funding and/or recommendations on least expensive strategy to purchase (ex whether buying land and building tiny home or purchase an already built property near desired location) would be greatly appreciated.
