Let me introduce myself !

Good day Bigger Pockets Land.  My name is Christopher LeBlanc, and I've just recently joined the site.  I'm based south of Boston, MA with my wife & son, and looking to expand on our hunt for real estate for short and/or long term rentals.  I'm soon exiting my current job of 17 years, and have been gearing myself up to forge a new path of my own creation going forward.  My wife and I have talked about buying real estate for years, but we were both "too busy" with jobs and everything else to dig too deep into it.  We currently own a condo down in the Cape that is paid off, and being rented out.  The past 10 years with that is the extent of our landlord knowledge and experience.  I'm looking forward to making some connections here, and am thirsty for knowledge.  I'll be heading to Vegas for BPCON in October, so hopefully I'll see some of you there!  Please feel free to introduce yourself in the comments, and thanks for reading.

Welcome, @Christopher LeBlanc. Super nice to meet you. Where on the Cape are you? We love going down to Wallfleet! Do you ever think about holding on to the W-2 job so you can go 10% down on a second home before you pull the plug on the job?! Just a thought there. Cheers. Nice to connect! I have 7 units in Hull.
