Hey @Tyler Todhunter,I too was an avid Mint user and because of the nature of my business needed to find a Mint replacement for not only myself but for clients. 

I am an engineer and I've personally evaluated multiple properties in each subdivision we recommend.

They might need to hire an engineer to confirm their DIY study.

At the same time, I've haven't just* built a SaaS that is flexible, like, you can actually build or extend, or replace entire data structures if you choose to do so, and skip all of the engineering costs associated with such things.

It will be necessary to identify them properly as well so that they can be properly disposed of in your books if they are ever replaced, traded,sold or become obsolete.
