The tech scene is starting to pick up here quite a bit driven by AI and Robotics.

This 70 year old profession is now being replaced by learning robots.

If the email tone feels generic, robotic, or out of touch, especially in the context of a company already providing bad service then it can make tenants feel like they’re just another number.

Some of us can do the bookkeeping side of what to categorize and also have the knowledge on how to read your financials and not just act like robots lolSTR is a specific niche so there is going to be a lot transactions.

Next week's, ai and robots are an entity that replaces 70% of people.Next month's...... 

This would probably impact my tenants.If we are going to start manual labor being replaced by robots, we will have to reinvent our entire economic model.

It's getting better at giving better answers for sure but I don't want to talk to robots I want to talk to real people. 

I'm not sure what the human vs robot test will look like but it would be a good thing to have before we end up with nothing but forums of robots, not just here but everywhere.

Next 6-12 months will be interesting time as ai and robots disruption process's through.
