Software is helpful, but it has limits.

Picking up cash or using a drop box is not an option.What property management software are you currently using, and does it offer an integrated cash payment option (PayNearMe, CheckFreePay, or similar)?

I've used many property management softwares through the years. 

@Judith Sullivan the more bells & whistles you want => the more complicated the software gets!

I recently started using Innago for our property management software.

Have reviewed & used a lot of software over the years.DM me if you'd like a review.

I am in the process of upgrading rental property software.
