The best PMC's have VOIP systems that record every call.Tough for a DIY landlord to justify the cost of these systems. 

As someone starts to grow and scale, your systems are going to either be your best friend or be your downfall.

That’s usually the point where owners start building systems or using software to keep everything centralized.
