I came across this special where MyCorporation.com is waiving the $149 filing fee to create a corp or LLC this week only. Very timely for me as I just aquired my second property and want to place it in a new LLC.

Looking through the site quickly there is a statement that state fees are an additional charge. Intuit is basically waiving the service charge to create the business entity. They will make thier money in the publicity and other offerings.
I would recommend people check out the site even if they are just researching, there is a lot of good info.
I will be forming an LLC in the next day or so and can post more info later.

Just wanted to update this thread:
The offer mentioned was extended through December 31 (was originally just the first week of Dec).
Regarding the fees: It's the normal $149 service fee that is waived. Fees that cannot be waived are state fees and S&H, as mentioned in one of the other posts. State fees are unavoidable no matter how anyone files their entities, and S&H must be charged to cover the costs for multiple UPS shipments (for tracking since these are legal docs) between MyCorp, the customer, and the state.
For more detail on what *is* included at no charge (quite a bit): I posted a classified in here last week that gives the specifics and the link & phone# for more info.
