FBI Newark Office is Looking for Info on Clayton Morris case 👀

[James Wise]

I've been asked by a source close to the Clayton Morris and Bert Whalen fraud case to see if I can help shake loose some more witnesses, victims and info. My source specifically stated that "The FBI Newark office is looking for Investors who Lost >100k and anyone who purchased a property between 3/1/2018-5/1/2018."

If anyone has any info or can point them or me in the right direction comment here or reach out to me privately.

JIM,

Have one of your VA's pop on to Marion county recorders website.. you know the names of whalins' companies and you know that whalin sold 99% of his deals to Morris investors. I would start 2 months before and 2 months after.. and if the buyers are buying in LLC's then find registered agent etc.. little detective work but this information should be pretty easy to garner. its all public record.. @Colin Zhu Although I bet Colin has a lot of these investors in his contacts.

@James Wise for what it’s worth are you looking to sell properties or harass Clayton Morris? I don’t know the guy, but your being paid to sell real estate not drama or private detective work.

@James Wise it should be pretty easy for them to get contact info for investors from that time period considering it was around then that a Morris Invest employee mass-emailed all the investors and forgot to BCC everybody (or did they “forget”?). This is good news, my faith in the justice system will be restored when justice is done.

 I don't know if everyone involved was on that email. I didn't personally speak to anyone at the FBI. My contact asked me to push this out there. This person knew / knows Clayton Morris both professionally and personally. My contact has also provided some very helpful evidence that was previously unpublished until (s)he came into the picture so I'd like to help this person out as much as possible. Let's shale some bushes loose folks.

 If you did get ripped off there is no reason you shouldn't go after this piece of crap Clayton Morris. I took him on in federal court and beat his a** in a $7.2 Million lawsuit.
