Hello everyone. I'm Dan, a Realtor in Lebanon, PA since 2005 and newbie investor. I've gotten started on my investment track, but am always looking for more insight and help with furthering my investment methods. I look foward to having discussions and hopefully I can contribute as well.

Hey Dan. It sounds like you've got your plan all set. What are you going to do first, armed with that LLC of yours?

    Dan,

There are a number of us on here from Central PA. It is good to have you, too.

You can learn more about posters by reviewing their 'profile'. Make sure yours is current and complete for the same reason.

Welcome, Dan! I'm from Uniontown, PA (south of Pittsburgh). I'm just getting started in investing and I've found that there is a wealth of information here. I hope you stick around.
